add gif button to comments

flair next to a name like on reddit

text styling, making ur text bold or italic

-Text styling already exists, markdown,
there is a formatting help button that shows you how to do it.
-GIFs used to exist but they didn't work, so they are hidden.
-Flairs are something I might add soon.
